An upender makes repositioning large or awkward items easy while also protecting workers and helping to avoid workplace accidents. It can be loaded on a pallet with a pallet jack, then tilted with the product laying down on a "V" plate to captivate. The upender has a pocket to receive the pallet, so it lays down on the "V" properly. There are also fork lift pockets to move the upender.
This project was for Push Back Rack for a Brewery here in Asheville. We also installed guarding on the back of the rack to create a pedestrian aisle. You will notice the cart has a solid top also the first pallet position has supports to better support the pallet. Both of these are not standard but I supply with all my push back rack.

Customer packed the order and then threw the package on the conveyor to be taken away to cart which was then taken to shipping.

Push Back Rack for a customer here in Asheville. This was in the customer’s storage building. Note the height and space restriction. Also, the fully decked carts and the platforms between the rails in the front pallet position as we provide both of these options on all of our push back rack. This provides more versatility with the types of pallets that can be stored.
Here are some pack stations. This was for a customer’s warranty return area. The short square table was used to sit a pallet of returned items to process. The platform under the work bench was used to store folded boxes.
